Long-term prognosis of patients with clinical unstable angina pectoris without elevation of creatine kinase but with elevation of cardiac troponin I levels

摘要
Patients with clinical unstable angina and elevated cardiac troponin I not only have an adverse short-term prognosis but also have an adverse long-term prognosis. These data support the concept of classifying these patients as having acute myocardial infarctions.
