摘要
The wall tension of a heterogeneous wall is considered within a semi-infinite planar Ising model. Using Monte Carlo simulation techniques, we have obtained the microscopic validity of Cassie's law describing the wall tension of a heterogeneous substrate as the average of the wall tensions corresponding to the pure components.
