摘要
The growth of quaternary solid solutions in the ZnGeP2-Mn quasi-binary system was studied. Single-crystal thin layers of ZnGeP2:Mn with a basal crystal structure appurtenant to the chalcopyrite crystal class were grown for the first time. Ferromagnetic behavior of the ZnGeP2:Mn compound was observed up to a temperature of 350 K. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
