摘要
In this mini review, first, a comprehensive discussion of the background chemistry, metabolism, pharmacology, toxicology, effects on humans, diagnosis, and treatment is introduced, followed by a detailed listing of current chemical and bioanalytical methods, the immunochemical techniques, and commercially available kits. An attempt has been made to introduce the reader to the broad area of drugs of abuse, such as with Ecstasy, and the current status of analytical methodology.
