摘要
A hybrid micro-nanotechnology is proposed as a way for the exploitation of the potentials of molecular electronics. Grafting functional molecules (for instance, molecules with resonant conduction, for which synthetic routes are already known) allows the preparation of circuits which sum new functions to the ones of the MOS transistor.
