摘要：

At the present papers several aspects of birth, death and evolution of optical dipoles connected with phase conversion are observed. For description of this effect a theory of the Gaussian beams in inhomogeneous, isotropic media was employed. Experimental research of an optical dipoles evolution at the near wave region agrees the used theory. The Large efficiency of a Gaussian beam conversion into the optical dipoles bearing beam was achieved.
