摘要
A review on flow control using various plasma and aerodynamic approaches was presented. The supersonic flows with an ionized medium were studied. In supersonic flows, weak perturbations produced by locally changing velocity or density were shown to effectively destroy bow shock waves on blunted bodies and to reduce their aerodynamic drag. The plasma effects with the use of electric-discharge plasma generators revelaed the main heat release during low flow pressures. The effects due to injection of plasma jets were confirmed by a full-scale experiment and were predicted by semi-empirical methods.
