摘要
A self-adjoint velocity space divergence form for a new model like particle collision operator is shown to exist that preserves all the conservation properties of the full linearized Fokker-Planck collision operator and from which the entropy can be easily seen to not decrease. A Monte Carlo prescription is developed for particle-in-cell codes.
