摘要
A novel method for measurement of the diffusion coefficients (D) of various proteins and DNA in solution using the transient grating method is proposed. The target molecules are labeled by a photo-reactive molecule in dark and the labeled molecule is photo-decomposed by the grating light. This method is demonstrated to be a convenient D measurement with a fast time resolution. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
