摘要：

Descriptive epidemiologic evidence suggests that environmental exposures, such as diet, have an important causative role in the progression of prostate cancer. Increasing evidence also suggests that vitamin E may be beneficial in preventing prostate cancer or delaying disease progression. Clinical trials have been initiated that should definitively determine the therapeutic befefit, if any, of vitamin E.
