摘要
Treatment of N-acylamino-2-thiophenyl derivatives with N-chlorosuccinimide (2.0 equiv.) followed by SnCl4 (0.1-1.0 equiv.) provides a direct synthesis of 5-thiophenyloxazoles. (C) 2002 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
