摘要
The experiments were designed to remove HCl, NH3, organic sulfur and tar component in high temperature coal-derived gas, first separately and individually and then in combination and simultaneously by using a fixed-bed reactor. 1-Methylnaphthalene was used as a tar model compound, and COS and CS2 were used as organic sulfur model compounds. It is found that the Ni-3 (4.0 wt % NiO, 14.3 wt % MoO3 and Al2O3) catalyst can play a multifunctional role. It is an effective catalyst for NH3 and tar component removal; Ni-3 catalyst also effective for removal of COS and CS2 by converting them to H2S. Self-prepared ECl sorbent displays the highest adsorption capacity for HCl vapor; The simultaneous removal of HCl, NH3, organic sulfur, and tar component has been studied at a reaction temperature range from 300 to 550 degreesC. It indicates that the simultaneous removal of organic sulfur, tar component, NH3, and HCl is feasible by using combined ECl sorbent and Ni-3 catalyst in a fixed-bed reactor. In addition, the. effect of sulfur on Ni-3 catalyst and Ni-3 catalyst life were Also studied.
