摘要:
The recruitment of T helper 1 (Th1) and Th2 cells into peripheral tissues is essential for inflammation and the host response to infections. Here, Daniele D'Ambrosio and colleagues review the traffic signals that enable the distinct positioning of Th1 and Th2 cells and argue that differential thresholds for extravasation constitute a critical aspect of their selective localization to inflamed tissues.
