摘要
With the aim of easy use in a laboratory, a small-angle X-ray scattering diffractometer was constructed by employing an asymmetric channel-cut monochromator. The apparatus is very convenient and has overall efficiency; namely, the measurable range from 0.01 to 0.4 Angstrom(-1) in scattering parameter s, proper s-resolution and reasonable accumulation time.
