摘要
The elastic, piezoelectric, and dielectric properties of Pb(Mg Nb-1/3(2/3))O-3-38%PbTiO3 (PMNT62/38) single crystals, poled along [001] of the original cubic axis, have been determined experimentally using the resonance technique. At room temperature, the PMNT62/38 single crystals have tetragonal symmetry. The Curie temperature is about 174degreesC, piezoelectric constant 300pC/N, and permittivity epsilon(33) similar to 734 and epsilon(11) similar to 4301. The electromechanical coupling coefficients k(33) is 84.6%, k(t) 60.8%, k(31) 44.6% and k(15) 45.9%.
