摘要：

We have implemented and tested a sensitive AC loop tracer, based on the principle of electro-magnetic induction, which can operate in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 10 kHz. We have studied the dynamic coercivity and loop area of thin exchange-coupled Fe/Co multilayers as a function of the magnetic field sweep-rate. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
