摘要
New reports showing that passively administered neutralizing IgGs prevent mucosal HIV transmission in rhesus macaques or macaque neonates support the inclusion of neutralizing antibodies in vaccine design and suggest clinical strategies against mother-to-infant transmission (200–210).
