摘要：

A case is presented of a massive postburn keloid scar that was incompletely excised and the wound resurfaced with cultured autologous keratinocytes. The keratinocyte cell suspension was fixed by fibrin glue, and the wound was completely reepithelialized with a stratified squamous epithelium in 1 month, as confirmed by histology. There has been no recurrence of the keloid scar in the 18 months of follow-up.
