摘要
Two-photon Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) was used for the determination of H atom concentrations in H-2 and N-2-H-2 dc discharges. A model was developed which takes into account the absorption of two photons by ground state atoms, ionization by absorption of a third photon, induced fluorescence, stimulated emission, and collisional quenching. The H-atom LIF profile analysis, associated with PhotoFragment Translational Spectroscopy (PFTS) was used to measure the concentration of ammonia synthetized in N-2-H-2 dc discharges, as a function of % H-2 in the mixture.
