摘要
The dielectric response of PMN-PZN-PT relaxor ferroelectric ceramics has been investigated under various external fields. The analysis demonstrated that the influence of increasing DC bins and AC drive is in contrast: increasing bias results in a decrease in the dielectric constant and a reduction in the degree of frequency dispersion, whereas increasing drive results in an increase and a broadening. Based on the concept of slow dipoles and frozen dipoles, the DC bias field and AC drive field dependencies have been discussed. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. AII rights reserved.
