Dielectric properties in the microwave range of solid solutions in the BiFeO3-SrTiO3 system

摘要
Measurements of dielectric properties (a real part of dielectric permittivity epsilon' and a dielectric loss tangent tan delta) in the microwave range (0.5-2.5 GHz) at room temperature and at temperatures from room one up to 490 K at microwaves have been carried out in the BiFeO(3)-SrTiO(3) System. Both epsilon' and tan delta maximum values (epsilon' =530, tan delta = 0.30) take place for samples 0.4BiFeO(3)0.6SrTiO(3). There are peaks on epsilon'(T) curves at 450-460 K for samples with 40,50 and 60 mole% of BiFeO(3). It is shown that some ceramic samples of this system are new materials absorbing microwave radiation.
