摘要：

[Ni4L3(H2O)(2)](ClO4)(2).2H(2)O 1, the first tetranuclear Ni-II cluster showing triangle planar geometry, formed with a new carboxylic-functionalized 1,5-diazacyclooctane bridging ligand has been presented; the global magnetic coupling is ferromagnetic and anisotropic calculations have been made.
