摘要：

Infectious keratitis is a common and vision-threatening disease of the horse. Vision can be saved in numerous cases provided that an early and accurate diagnosis is made and specific therapy is aggressively instituted. This article reviews the pharmacology, pathophysiology, clinical signs, and current medical and surgical approaches to infectious keratitis in the horse.
