摘要
Here, we report a case of paediatric beta-thalassaemia major patient who underwent unrelated T cell-non-depleted bone marrow transplantation and developed a complication of autoimmune haemolytic anaemia (AIHA) refractory to corticosteroid and intravenous immunoglobulin therapy. After this child received two doses (375 mg/m(2)/dose) of rituximab (anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody), his AIHA was resolved.
