Increasing attention has been given to the roll of arthroscopy in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures, Complications of arthroscopy are infrequent but are potentially severe, We present a case of acute compartment syndrome related to arthroscopic treatment of a tibial plateau fracture in an adolescent.
