摘要：

In 212 patients, the addition of isometric handgrip resulted in higher peak exercise and recovery heart rates, and improved the diagnostic yield of treadmill exercise echocardiography. Combined treadmill exercise echocardiography and isometric handgrip allowed detection of less severe coronary artery disease.
