摘要
We propose the use of a microaperture vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) for near-field optical probing. We present the first demonstration of two-dimensional imaging using the voltage change signal from a microaperture VCSEL, which is induced by interaction with an object. The spatial resolution of the image is below 200 nm, which is one fifth of the wavelength.
