摘要：

The molecular structure, conformational features and packing mode of the polymeric [Ni(bipy)(DBM)(2)](n) complex (bipy = = 4,4'-bipyridyl, DBM = dibenzoylmethanate), which is a 'soft' metal-organic sorbent suitable for gases and volatile organics, are reported.
