A new trigger for T cells

摘要
Understanding the early events in T cell activation and signaling is an active area of research. A recent study (Gil et al, 2002) has described a new trigger for T cell activation, involving a TCR-ligand-induced conformational change in CD3epsilon that permits binding of the adaptor protein Nck.
