摘要：

We assessed the relation of diastolic augmentation (DA) during the first and last day of enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) therapy to clinical outcomes in 2,486 patients with chronic angina enrolled in the International EECP Patient Registry. Patients who had the greatest increase in the DA ratio measured by finger plethysmography had the greatest reduction in angina class, whereas those with the lowest increase in the DA ratio had the lowest reduction in angina class immediately after EECP and at 6 months of follow-up.
