摘要：

Although extremely useful, biochemical methods are time-consuming and fail to unequivocally demonstrate protein-protein interactions. Genetic methods can be used to address this problem. The protocols described here allow the rapid generation and manipulation of interaction-defective alleles that can be used to study protein-protein interactions genetically.
