Main Outcome Measures: The Inventory to Diagnose Depression, the Acceptance of Disability Scales, and pressure sore occurrence. Results: Alcohol abuse was not associated with depression or disability acceptance. Severe alcohol abuse history was associated with pressure sores over the 3 years.
