Fabrication of porous preceramic polymers using carbon dioxide

摘要
The fabrication of porous preceramic polymers was described by using carbon dioxide. The thermodynamic instability in the process was induced by rapidly dropping the pressure. The results demonstrated the feasibility of producing porous preceramic polymers by using CO2 as a blowing agents.
