摘要
A modified tape casting technique was employed to fabricate Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.95 (GDC) electrolyte films, Ni/GDC cermet anode (with 60 wt.% NiO) membranes, as well as anode support GDC film bi-layers. The slurry preparation and the membrane formation process, particularly the sintering process were routinely studied. The porosity, pore size distribution and electrical conductivity of the obtained membranes were characterized, and the coherency of the electrolyte film to the anode support was investigated. Performance of the SOFC based on the bi-layer structure and screen-printed La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3 (LSCF) cathode was tested in a H-2-3%H2O / air configuration. A maximum power density of 110 mW/cm(2) was obtained for the cell with a 150 mu m thick GDC electrolyte at 650degreesC.
