Hydrothermal synthesis of barium titanate crystallites using new stable titanium chelated complex in aqueous solution

摘要
The hydrothermal synthesis of barium titanate fine particles using very stable Ti chelated complex with H2O2 and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) is described. BaTiO3 fine particles with size of 19.0 nm were obtained. The samples were prepared at Ba/Ti atomic ratio of 5. Therefore, it can is concluded that it is possible to synthesize nanometer-sized BaTiO3 fine particles if an optimum condition for hydrothermal synthesis using Ti complex can be achieved.
