Layered MnO2 nanobelts:: Hydrothermal synthesis and electrochemical measurements

摘要
A hydrothermal synthesis approach to 1D nanomaterials of layered MnO 2 was studied. the nanobelts were synthesized by the hydrothermal treatment of Mn2O3 powders in an aqueous solution of 10 mol dm-3 NaOH at 170 °C. The x-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectra (EDS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques were used for the study of the nanobelts. The nanobelts were found to have narrow size dispersion and were usually self-assembled into bundles.
