摘要
Immunohistochemistry with end-specific antibodies against C-termini of A beta 40 and A beta 42 in Alzheimer's disease showed that A beta 42 immunoreactivity was localised intracellularly in subpopulations of neurons of patients with Alzheimer's disease.
