摘要
This article reports on a sensitive and interference free detection method for Sudan I based on an ordered mesoporous carbon (CMC) modified glassy carbon electrode (OMC/GCE) by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The OMC/GCE displayed good analytical performance for the measurement of Sudan I. Under the optimum experimental conditions, Sudan I could be linearly detected in the wide concentration range of 4.03 x 10(-7) to 6.60 x 10(-5) M with a high sensitivity of 453.8 mu A mM(-1). The detection limit was down to around 2.44 x 10(-9) M (S/N = 3). Finally, the method was successfully applied for the determination of Sudan I in ketchup samples with satisfying results.
