摘要：

1. TEG variables demonstrate an increased procoagulatant activity in patients with IHD compared to healthy volunteers. 2. TEG does not hold enough diagnostic power to differentiate between non-coronary chest pain, UAP, and AMI. 3. TEG does not hold any prognostic information in acute coronary syndrome. However, further studies with large number of patients are needed in order to evaluate the prognostic value in UAP.
