Beta-blocker titration failure is independent of severity of heart failure

摘要：

In conclusion, when initiating β blockade in patients with heart failure due to an idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy, well accepted measures of heart failure do not seem to predict a titration failure and appear independent of severity of heart failure. In contrast, preserved systolic blood pressure may indicate normal titration.
