摘要
We show the possibilities of experimental investigation of charge carrier mobility and concentration features by extraction methods of equilibrium, photoexcited and injected charge carriers in pi-conjugated polymers, where, due to relatively high conductivity, the classic time-of-flight method is inappropriate.
