Salt effects of lithium chloride, sodium bromide, or potassium iodide on liquid-liquid equilibrium in the system water plus 1-butanol

摘要
Liquid-liquid equilibrium data for the partially miscible systems of water + 1-butanol + salt were measured at 25 degrees C. The salts used were Lithium chloride, sodium bromide, and potassium iodide. The systems were compared in terms of salting-out efficiency and solvation effects.
