摘要：

Coronary artery bypass surgery performed on cardiopulmonary bypass compared with off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery is associated with earlier postoperative left ventricular dysfunction and a higher and steeper cardiac enzyme increase, suggesting greater perioperative ischemic injury in this group. The extent of immediate postoperative left ventricular dysfunction did not correlate with the extent of enzyme increase in either group, suggesting that the pathophysiologic mechanism for these 2 outcome measures differs.
