Effect of particle size and mixing homogeneity of starting powder on solid state synthesis of BaTiO3

摘要
The synthesis of fine-grained and high crystalline BaTiO3 (BT) particles was studied by solid state process. The effects of particle size and mixing homogeneity of raw materials on BT formation process and particle growth were investigated by considering ratio of particle counts of BaCO3 to TiO2. As a result, high crystallinity BT particles with average size less than 0.2mum were obtained.
