摘要
This paper is a review of the flowability of dairy powders and of the existing methods for the measurement of flow of powders. Their application to dairy powders is discussed and followed by some recommendations. The physical properties tester from Hosokawa is today the best for dairy powder flowability measurements. Results for 53 dairy industry powders are presented and discussed.
