摘要：

In the past several years, new PEA systems with unique features were developed. They were expected to provide more useful information to current users and should attract researchers who were not satisfied with conventional system. Moreover, the improvement should invite new applications in various research fields. This paper introduces new space charge measurement systems developed in Japan using the PEA method.
