摘要
This clinical pilot study was a randomized, controlled, open-label study in 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction and was designed to examine the effects of a novel free radical scavenger, edaravone. Administration of edaravone before myocardial reperfusion was associated with smaller enzymatic infarcts and better clinical outcome. (C) 2004 by Excerpta Medico, Inc.
