On the improvement of the open circuit voltage of plastic solar cells by the presence of a thin aluminium oxide layer at the interface organic/aluminium

摘要
The open circuit voltage, V-oc, of organic solar cells based on single donor/acceptor (D/A) interface has been studied as a function of the air exposure. It is shown that V-oc, increases when the Al upper electrode is air exposed, that is to say when a thin aluminium oxide layer is present at the interface organic donor/aluminium.
