摘要
Cu, Zn-modified Co2Y polycrystalline hexaferrite powders were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Magnetic properties were investigated using an impedance analyzer. Experimental results show that Cu modification can lower the sintering temperature, and that Zn modification leads to an increase in initial permeability. Modification with Cu, Zn gives Co2Y hexaferrites with better magnetic properties in the hyper-frequency range. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
