(Chemical Equation Presented) It came from the deep: Deep-eutectic solvents based on mixtures of derivatized ureas and choline chloride can be used as the reaction media and the source of the organic template in the synthesis of aluminophosphate and organophosphonate materials. The template (red in structural formula) is formed by the decomposition of the derivatized urea. © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
